Conference Offerings
Conference Participants
You will receive complimentary registration to the conference (includes meals). The quantity of registrations received is dependent on the level of partnership you choose: Titanium (5), Platinum (3), Gold (2), Silver (1). The promotional code to register will be delivered after partnership sign-up.
Display Table
You will have access to a 6’ display table (Silver Sponsors get a high-boy) in the conference pre-function area. You can use the display table to distribute information and advertisements for your company. Included in this offering is a complimentary stand-up banner for Titanium, Platinum, and Gold partners. Silver partners will receive a tabletop banner.
Dinner Sponsorship
You receive stage time before dinner. A keepsake card with your company logo and QR code is placed on each attendee's seat.
'Impact Story' Stage Time
Take the stage to share an impact story and what you do as an organization. You may use resources such as a video (1080p minimum) or slide (16:9, a template will be delivered upon request) while you are on stage.
Convene Chair Meet and Greet
Wednesay afternoon (May 1) be at your display tables to meet the Chairs in a "speed-dating" style format.
Program Offerings
Two-Page Spread - White Paper
You receive a full spread in the conference program to display your company’s information in whatever way you see fit.
Two-Page Spread - Ad
You receive space in the conference program to share a whitepaper for your organization. You have control over what text gets input, but not the format in which it is presented.

A video version of a blog post. Maximum 3 minutes.
Email on Your Behalf to Convene Lists
Convene will send your one-time message (350- word max) to our respective email lists. This includes Convene members.

As part of our website, Convenenow.com, we will have a Partner page, honoring those organizations who help our members in their business and in their lives.
Podcast with Convene
The Convene podcast brings value to the hundreds of Convene members currently leading in their organizations, as well as our thousands of followers on various social media platforms. Greg Leith will talk with you (or your designated spokesperson) over Zoom for approximately 20 minutes about what you and your organization uniquely bring to our Convene members and others. You can listen to our podcasts on your favorite podcast platform.

Your logo will be displayed on the Convene 2024 website leading up to the conference. Please send .ai or .eps file of your logo artwork to Melody Wright.
Post-Conference Thank You Email
