Rancho Bernardo Inn is located about 40 minutes from San Diego airport, 90 minutes from Orange County airport, and 2 hours from LAX.

The Schedule.
Registration for the conference opens on May 1st at 12:00 p.m. The opening reception will take place at 5:00 p.m. in the courtyard next to the Aragon Ballroom.
Convene 2024 concludes at 11:00 am, Friday, May 3rd.

Driving Directions
17550 Bernardo Oaks Dr, San Diego, CA 92128
From LAX (~2 hours)
Take 405 South to the 5 South to Oceanside. Take Route 78 East to Interstate 15 South at Escondido. Take the Pomerado Road exit and make a slight right onto Pomerado Road. Turn right at Greens East Road. Follow Signs from there.
From San Diego Airport/Downtown (~35 minutes)
Take Harbor Drive South (toward downtown) and turn left at Grape Street. Go east to the top of the hill, and then take Interstate 5 South. Stay in the right lane and follow 163 North toward Escondido. Take the Rancho Bernardo Road exit east to Pomerado Road (5th light). Turn left at Pomerado Road. Turn left at Greens East Road (1st light). Follow signs from there.

The Schedule
An optional golf tournament begins with a shotgun start on Wednesday morning at 8:00 am.
Conference registration begins at 12:00 pm with our opening reception at 5:00 pm in the courtyard by the Aragon Ballroom.
Doors will open at 5:45 pm on Wednesday, May 1st, for dinner and our opening session.
Meals are served in a family style and are open-seated.
Convene 2024 concludes at 11:00 am, Friday, May 3rd.

Golf Tournament - Presented by National Christian Foundation
Thanks to our Golf Partner, National Christian Foundation, you can play on an 18-hole championship course designed by William Francis Bell in 1964 for just $195.
The tournament will take place on Wednesday, May 1st, at 8:00 a.m. The convene will place the foursomes.

For Convene 2024, all activities are at Rancho Bernardo Inn, and all your meals and breaks are taken care of from our opening reception and dinner on Wednesday, May 1, through breakfast on Friday, May 3rd.

Parking is available—self-parking is complimentary, and valet parking is $40/night.
