Jason has helped lead Marketplace Chaplains’ expansion with year over year double-digit growth. At “MChap” Jason leads an international team responsible for marketing communications, branding and future strategic initiatives. He is a Convene Board Member and has had decades of sales and marketing experience including Procter & Gamble and Wrangler Outerwear. He’s the 1991 World Champion Saddle Bronc Rider and has a Master Scuba Diver! A Texas Tech grad, he’s owned a commercial real estate business and served as a County Election Judge. He is a Board Member of the Last Well, 4Word for Women, and The Marsh Center for Chaplaincy Studies. Jason and his wife Cyndi are the proud parents of twin boys, Layton and Parker.
Bea Wray

Bea Wray is a Convene Chair in Charleston, South Carolina where she hosts CEO roundtables enabling business owners to lead more profitable and impactful companies. Brea serves as founder, mentor, investor, and board member to several companies and has launched several high-tech and non-tech companies. One exit afforded Bea six years off on a bridgeless island where she dedicated her time to raising her three children. She loves speaking about entrepreneurship, leadership and women in business. She is the author of bestseller What an MBA Taught Me…But My Kids Made Me Learn. She served as an Executive Director for the entrepreneurial non-profit The Creative Coast and was the Chair of ForbesBooks Entrepreneurship Practice Group. She is an entrepreneurship faculty member at Charleston Southern University and holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University. Bea enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, children, and grandchildren in Charleston, South Carolina.
